Teifi Chamber Orchestra

Teifi Chamber Orchestra/Cerddorfa Siambr Teifi is a group of dedicated & experienced amateur musicians who enjoy playing chamber music by some of the worlds great composers under the inspired musical direction of conductor & professional cellist Nicola Thomas.  The orchestra meets weekly in the magnificent Oak Hall / Neuadd-y-Dderwen at Rhos-y-Gilwen Mansion, not far from the historic town of Cardigan & performs 3 or 4 concerts a year in the community to a high standard. Musicians come from far and wide to play with the orchestra which now has 30 regular members. Additional spaces are often available for experienced musicians to apply for or for young players with a minimum level of grade 8 or equivalent.
